Life In Balance is back from our national spiritual adventure.
Under the canopy of an endless sky we moved gently through this country,
traveling over 3000 miles on a sonic weave that brought us from Florida, Alabama and New Orleans through the vastness of Texas and into the enchantment of New Mexico.
The deserts and star lit skies reflected into our expanding music.
We then connected with light minds and bodies in Colorado and Iowa.
One endless tapestry that continues now into Pittsburgh . . .
and we bring it home to you this weekend.

Let us begin by expressing our gratefulness for the chance to perform our work, our sonic piece, in the increasing vibrational light frequencies on Mother Earth. We now realize that Earth Changes really mean changes in mass consciousness and not changes in land mass so much. Life In Balance is humbly helping to expand our awareness and explore our omni-dimensionality to evolve naturally and gracefully.

Gobinda means sustainer, support for all. Hari translates to "the fresh, beautiful, potent healing energy that lives within us all."
This mantra is very calming to chant and healing to the heart - and great for the heat of summer! We will use Snatam Kaur Kalsa's version on her album PREM.

THE MANTRA WORKSHOP: A creation of Kundalini Yoga and voice teacher Kendell Romanelli and Life In Balance’s Ami Sciulli.
The success of past workshops has ignited an increasing interest to go deeper into life experiences and soul expression through the use of our voice and the fifth chakra.
An enhanced ability to express self in a thoughtful and loving way is a natural extension of this Mantra Workshop.
These workshops are designed for mantra meditation. They are not call and response kirtans, but rather a gathering of voices that will raise the level of consciousness of the group. Each workshop will begin with a brief discussion on the pronunciation and meaning of the mantra being chanted followed by a few gentle exercises
to warm the body and prepare it for sitting.
Please feel free to bring personal meditation pillows, but studio props will be available (including chairs for those who would prefer not to sit on the floor).
We will chant the mantra for 31 minutes. When we chant for 31 minutes the meditation begins to affect your whole mind, your aura, and all your body's internal organs.
After chanting we will meditate on the vibrations we created for seven minutes and close with a long deep relaxation with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls.

Review of "Crystal Bowl Meditation" On "Crystal Bowl Meditation," Life In Balance returns to its roots: glimmering, sparkling crystal bowls and other percussion dance around Steve Sciulli's (often multitracked) flutes and synthesizers creating some of the purest and most beautiful ambient music extant.
