Life In Balance is celebrating her ninth anniversary this year with our new CD "Om to Ohm" (from the divine outbreath towards our evolutionary destiny) released through a major distribution company, Koch Entertainment.

This signing is significant because we are one of a small handful of progressive "new thought" artists on a major label. We are calling this movement towards the mainstream as post-new age and using mass communication to reach singularity.
With this milestone we feel that we are completing the initial sequence and entering the second segment (of three-parts) that should last for the next three to four years. From your feedback, the Life In Balance Classic Sound Healing Meditations have proven to be effective and continue to match and amplify the prevailing evolving energies being downloaded. Now, the Electronic/Trance Music is finding it's way into mass consciousness and, thanks to Koch, reaching mainstream audiences. We have put all of our energy and efforts these past nine years in developing a healing sound that crosses all boundaries and our efforts have been fruitful.
We have been speaking of spiritual consciousness reaching critical mass for the past year and now we have the opportunity to take a big step in fulfilling our part in these phenomena by our association with Koch who supplies music worldwide. You can hear one of our new songs on the compilation CD: The Crystal Singing Bowls Collection of Crystal Tones, this features many of the leading artists in the field of sound healing, including Steven Halpern, Jonathan Goldman, Dr. Michell Gaynor and Life In Balance.
We have released an official "bootleg" CD called "Soundhealer". This is the closest that we have come to capturing a live sound healing meditation on disc. "Soundhealer" includes the spoken meditation that is used during our live sessions. After eight years we found it time to release this. Currently "Soundhealer" is available only in a limited run and won't be sold in retail stores. To order it and to sample bits of the music go to: CD Baby. Soundhealer is also available through iTunes.
How to get our “self-released” CDs:
Currently we have 4 independent CD's available. The CD "deeper" is perfect in aiding meditation, relaxation and healing. Deeper is the "in-breath" The disc "Star" is more global in its reach. This is music for active listening, Music for dance, yoga and driving. Star is the "out-breath". Our Third CD is "LIVE". This music is very similar to our live sound healing meditations only without the spoken section. Our newest addition is "Soundhealer" which is very close to a live sound healing session. This disc has the spoken meditation. Deeper and Star are $15 each and LIVE is $10 plus s/h.
